The Nilfisk ECO-OIL offers one of the most effective ways to save money in the metalwork industry. An indispensable industrial vacuum for the recovery of Oil & Swarf where the main function is to separate the lubricant/oil/coolant from the metal shavings and recover the precious liquid. The Nilfisk ECO-OIL vacuum enables quick and efficient recovery and separation, and once recovered, this expensive liquid can be re-used.

Swarf is collected in a chips basket and the oil falls through into the main tank. From there, using the injector gun, the liquid oil can be re-injected back into the CNC machine to be re-used. Furthermore, operators don’t need to stop the vacuumation process to do this, meaning there is no downtime resulting in a big advantage in terms of profitability. When the liquid tank reaches its limit, the motor will cut out so that you do not overfill.

This highly productive oil and swarf industrial vacuum comes in a choice of two models; the ECO-OIL 13, which is a 230v vacuum, and the ECO-OIL 22 which is a 400v three-phase vacuum.
